An all day opportunity to set yourself up for the winter and take care of yourself!
Relaxing morning yoga in our warm and carbon free centrally heated barn followed by a light vegetarian lunch a walk and a relaxing meditative Sound Bath.
On arrival, we'll be serving herbal teas as you set your intentions for the day. Lizzie Eggerton will then guide you through a 60 minute Yoga Session followed by a break and a light lunch with an optional short walk along the River Irfon.
This will be followed by a Sound Bath. Unwind to the therapeutic sound frequencies of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments as they guide you into a deeply meditative state. Research highlights the benefits of Sound Baths include reduced stress, improved mood and mental clarity.
Join us to experience the restorative effects of vibrations on body and mind in our beautiful setting.
Afterwards, relax with refreshments in our adjoining room with views down the Irfon valley.
Attendance will also include an optional free 1:1 Sound Bath at a later date which you can book on the day.
