Join us for an intimate evening of good food, great wine and excellent live music.
Our special guests, Abergavenny Vineyards, will talk us through the story of winegrowing in the south Wales hills before guiding us on how to taste their two flagship wines – how to savour their flavour profiles and identify their unique notes.
Afterwards, enjoy a charcuterie platter and indulgent dessert, soundtracked by the excellent acoustic music of Elis Jones.
Join us for a grounding morning exploring the flavours and fragrances of teas from around the world, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.
Amy from Eisa Tea Co. will take us on a journey across tea regions, comparing four distinctive teas – their unique flavour profile, aroma, body, and regional story – pairing them with light palate cleansers. A truly wonderful introduction to the diversity of the tea world.
Following the tea tasting, we will be guided into a deeply meditative state with a sound bath by Gyles Palmer. Using a variety of gongs and singing bowls, you will be transported for 60-mins into a semi-sleep state, enjoying the benefits of vibrations for your physical and mental wellbeing.
You will need:
Comfy clothes (we suggest layers so you can make yourself comfortable)
A blanket and pillow/cushion for full relaxation
A yoga mat (please let us know if you do not have one so we can ensure one is available for you)
