On arrival, you will be welcomed into the gong space and have time learn a bit more about the benefoits of sound baths. Gyles Palmer will then leads you into a deep 60-minute relaxation, sound journey or meditation using a variety of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls and a variety Gongs tuned to the Earth, Venus and the Wind. Afterwards, relax with herbal teas and other refreshments, go for a walk in the wildflower meadow alongside the Nant Y Walch (stream of the Osprey) sit by the pond and enjoy the views down the valley.
You will need:
Comfy clothes (we suggest layers so you can make yourself comfortable)
A blanket and pillow/cushion (for full relaxation)
A yoga mat (please let us know if you do not have one so we can ensure one is available for you)
