Join us for this balanced morning retreat of Healing Sound & Energy.
Timothy Spratt will bring over thirty years' experience of teaching QiGong, TaiChi and Meditation to lead a fully practical class, exploring awareness of our inner-energy pattern through a grounding physical and joyful approach. He will also bring some delicious and refreshing tea!
After which we will be guided into a deeply meditative state with a Sound Bath by Gyles Palmer. Using a variety of gongs and singing bowls to transport you into a semi-sleep state, enjoying the benefits of vibrations for your physical and mental wellbeing.
You will need:
Comfy clothes (we suggest layers so you can make yourself comfortable)
A blanket and pillow/cushion (for full relaxation)
A yoga mat (please let us know if you do not have one so we can ensure one is available for you)
For the QiGong, which is a standing-up class, please wear loose comfortable clothing. Shoes should be flat and thin-soled, or you may go barefoot or in socks.
